Project overview

Barclay Auto Gallery is a client project received through Truelancer, developed to support an automotive dealership’s online presence and vehicle inventory management workflow. The project combines a custom React-based theme with WordPress and PHP backend functionality. A dedicated admin panel enables centralized management of vehicle listings, while bulk listing functionality helps simplify the process of adding and maintaining multiple cars in the inventory.

The problem

Managing multiple vehicle listings manually can become time-consuming for an automotive dealership, particularly when vehicle details and inventory information need frequent updates. The project focused on providing a more organized way to manage car listings and maintain the dealership website through a dedicated administrative interface.

Our approach

We developed a custom React-based theme for WordPress and integrated PHP backend functionality to support the website’s inventory workflow. The implementation included a dedicated admin panel and bulk car listing capabilities, with an emphasis on making inventory management more practical and reducing repetitive manual work. The approach connected the public-facing dealership website with its backend content management workflow.
